Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online forums.

• Train customers on new products and software updates.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
