Sr. Software Engineer (Platform + AI)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the AI harness for reliable engineering development
• Implement customer feedback loops to improve functionality post-delivery
• Standardize AI-related pipelines and optimize local development environments
• Evaluate and integrate new AI tools into organization-wide tooling
• Develop backend services, focusing on authentication and session management
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in distributed services
• Enhance engineering standards and developer tooling to improve team efficiency

Qualifications

• Genuine AI fluency with hands-on experience in building AI agents and tools
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly with production services
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET; familiarity with agentic-tooling ecosystem is a plus
• Knowledge of distributed systems, authentication, and security protocols is beneficial
• Self-directed problem-solver with a senior ownership mindset
• Commitment to high standards of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams for scalable and secure solutions
