Sr. Software Engineer I

As a Sr. Software Engineer I, you’ll be a hands-on contributor, solving new challenges at scale using the latest cloud-native technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive software development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as a hands-on developer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and own complex technical problems by architecting robust, scalable, and secure solutions that address current and future business needs.
• Set the technical bar for the team through best practices in code quality, design patterns, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members via code reviews, pair programming, and technical knowledge sharing.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed architectural, security, and compliance standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in creating and enforcing automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, including leading AI implementation in tooling.
• Contribute to strategic technical ideation for platform modernization and scaling new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development with expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, iOS SDKs, and common libraries.
• BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges, such as optimizing app performance, improving load times, and debugging issues like ANRs or layout delays.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Familiarity with AWS managed and serverless technologies (a plus).
• Experience mentoring junior developers and sharing software engineering best practices.

Pay

Salary range: $129,800 to $162,200 annually, plus bonus eligibility, equity (if applicable), and benefits. The final pay will consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
