Sr. Software Engineer - Back End

About the role

Infinite Convergence Solutions is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer (Back-end) to join the NetSfere Enterprise team. This team is dedicated to transforming how businesses communicate and collaborate through its advanced cloud-based platform.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with architects and engineers to solve complex technical and business challenges
• Develop and maintain web services and network APIs
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Java, C++, PHP, or similar languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools, contributing to the team's growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong foundation in software development fundamentals, including data structures, databases, networks, and algorithms
• Comprehensive knowledge of information security principles
• Experience with cloud platforms like OpenStack and AWS
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and scripting languages
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US
• Additional skills are a plus:
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Experience building single-page web applications
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Angular and React
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with Android and iOS app development
