Sr. Software Engineer (Backend)

About the role

Join our technical team as a founding member. You'll help set our cadence of delivery, build out new services, and help define our technical processes and standards. You'll work with our technical founding team every day building great tech to help our customers succeed every time.

Responsibilities

• Build out new services
• Help define technical processes and standards
• Work with the technical founding team to deliver new products
• Pick up on things quickly and get stuff done
• Mentor others

Requirements

• Confidence in building new products
• Experience mentoring others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for learning new things
• Experience with Go development in a day-to-day production environment
• Familiarity with modern tool chains and build frameworks
• Understanding of automation testing and CI/CD tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in backend development
