Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, solid in at least one major language, and comfortable across databases and frontend web tech
- Real experience building with AI agents as part of your workflow — and genuine enthusiasm for where AI is headed in tech
- A mature, rigorous approach to building and maintaining systems, with an eye toward scale
- Ease moving across different technical layers and system concerns
- A track record of building and refactoring complex systems, distributed ones included
- A focus on outcomes over output — you want to understand why something matters and connect it to real business and user impact

- Strong problem-solving skills
