Social Media Strategy & Content

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with each brand’s voice, goals, and audience.
Create and maintain strategic content calendars that align with campaigns, trends, and seasonal opportunities.
Create engaging platform-specific content including graphics, videos, infographics, and copy.
Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and messaging.

Community Engagement & Reputation Management

Manage and engage with online communities across social and review platforms.
Respond thoughtfully and professionally to customer feedback, comments, and reviews.
Maintain a 100% response rate across review sites while protecting and strengthening brand reputation.
Monitor brand sentiment and proactively identify opportunities or risks.

Social Listening & Analytics

Track trends, competitor activity, and audience conversations to drive strategy and innovation.
Build and optimize social listening queries for brand and competitive insights.
Analyze campaign and reputation performance, providing actionable recommendations and reporting to leadership.

Influencer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach when applicable.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, customer support, and dealership teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Events & Real-Time Content

Support on-site events through content capture, execution, and social coverage.
Identify and create engaging moments for digital and social storytelling before, during, and after events.
Participate in event planning to maximize audience engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media experience (automotive industry experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform trends, and reputation management
  • Exceptional written communication and creative storytelling skills
  • Experience creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align social strategies to business goals
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
