Sr. Social Media Manager - D&D (Contract)

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who understands what captures attention, what gets shared, and how content translates into real user growth. You will combine strategy, creativity, experimentation, and execution to build a scalable content engine that helps MeeBoss become a recognizable brand in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and other emerging social platforms.
• Build a scalable content engine that consistently drives awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Develop MeeBoss’s brand voice while helping shape the founder’s public presence and thought leadership.
• Create and publish compelling content including short-form videos, Reels, carousels, founder posts, memes, threads, and other social-first formats.
• Translate product updates, customer stories, and AI trends into engaging content for US audiences.
• Identify trends, cultural moments, and viral formats worth participating in.
• Develop distribution strategies that maximize organic reach and engagement.
• Experiment with Reddit communities, LinkedIn conversations, creator collaborations, and other organic growth channels.
• Continuously test new content formats, messaging, posting cadence, and creative approaches.
• Track content performance across engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, and user acquisition.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Build a repeatable process for identifying what works and scaling successful content.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Leadership to communicate product value in compelling ways.
• Work with external creative agencies and freelancers to maintain high-quality content production while ensuring speed and consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing social media accounts through high-performing organic content.
• Demonstrated ability to create content that generates strong engagement, sharing, or viral reach.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and the US social media landscape.
• Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills with strong hooks and audience awareness.
• Strong intuition for trends, internet culture, and what makes content resonate.
• Hands-on content creator who enjoys building, testing, and publishing—not just planning.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing content performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree.
