Sr. Site & Service Manager - Global High-Tech

About the role

Nalco, an Ecolab Company, seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at customer facilities, ensuring reliability, safety, and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and manage day-to-day operations at customer facilities.
• Plan and conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and contract requirements.
• Plan and schedule work, supervise technicians, coordinate purchases, and manage repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding service team performance and project support.
• Aid in business development efforts, assisting in new business pursuits and contract renewals.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan.
• Manage up to three direct reports (field service technicians).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry).
• Eight years of technical operations and water treatment experience.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences.
• Five years of managerial or supervisory experience, including multi-site operations.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies.

Pay

The annual or hourly compensation range for this position is $93,800 - $140,600, including base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.

Schedule

This position supports two large sites located in Fargo, ND and Rosemount, MN, with a 250-mile radius. Occasional weekend and on-call work may be required to cover emergencies during off-hours.

Territory/Location Information

The targeted accounts are within the Data Center market. Applicants must undergo additional background checks and drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing, and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, except for religious or medical accommodations.
