Requirements
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert for one or more domains (e.g., Payments/Wallet, Platform, Compliance/Security, Player Account, Promotions)
- Guide teams through the full project lifecycle to deliver applications and platform capabilities successfully
- Provide expert-level guidance to engineering and product teams, contributing to high-level architecture and design decisions, and recommending improvements for scalability, performance, reliability, and operational readiness
- Partner with application teams on solution design and delivery, ensuring integrations work cleanly with enterprise infrastructure and third-party vendors (payment processors, KYC, fraud, analytics)
- Lead requirements discovery and validation with business stakeholders, BAs, and user communities; translate business goals into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria
- Own and maintain ongoing documentation for requirements, system design, workflows, operational runbooks, and implementation decisions to ensure continuity and auditability
- Experience with on-prem/off-prem infrastructure

- Experience with on-prem/off-prem infrastructure
- Nice to have: FinTech, gaming, casino, regulatory experience
