Sr. SIGINT Analyst

Estimated starting salary range: USD $119,100.00/Yr. – USD $199,450.00/Yr. Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market data.

About the role

The Sr. SIGINT Analyst will ensure the operational functionality of system releases by focusing on all aspects of system design and engineering/integration. The analyst will collaborate with STEI stakeholders, development, and support teams to develop and integrate secure capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site engineering, support, and research of SIGINT/IO/EW/CSO systems
• Identify, de-conflict, and orchestrate integration of innovative technology being developed throughout the community
• Support systems engineering over a broad range of hardware types including RF assemblies, power supplies (AC and DC), FPGAs, digital signal processors, network/server equipment, and embedded architectures
• Plan, test, and provide technical expertise to the identification of innovative technology within the community
• Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products and services
• Analyze, interpret, and generate engineering schematics and change notices
• Perform system and performance modeling
• Perform root cause analysis
• Design hardware with respect to component/assembly analysis, specification, integration, and testing
• Review RF system/subsystem analysis and specification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 10 years of full-time professional experience in the design, implementation, installation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and deployment of Carry On Equipment systems, including wireless and wired computer networks and devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• DoD-approved DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification, minimum IAT Level II
• Three years of full-time demonstrated experience with remote Carry On Equipment dataflow configuration and management, including data leveling, data transformation, and data ingestion protocols for compliance with national Carry On Equipment enterprise repositories
• Three years of full-time demonstrated experience with engineering Carry On Equipment data configuration and routing methodology to meet mission requirements and post-mission delivery to end users
• Three years of professional experience in the following skillsets/disciplines:
  • Windows Active Directory Services/Primary Domain Controller (PDC)
  • Windows configuration, administration, and deployment
  • Linux configuration, administration, and deployment
  • Virtual-machine deployment (e.g., VMWare/vSphere)
  • Apache NiFi
  • Hardware and software configuration management (e.g., tracking bugs, enhancements, requirements, risks, test results, and tasks)
  • System and network security-related activities, including design, implementation, configuration, and enforcement of security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devices
• Certified SYSADMIN in Windows or Linux
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level with CI Poly eligibility
