About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Analyst to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data quality, and assist with change management activities. The ideal candidate will help configure the ServiceNow platform, support workflows, perform testing, maintain documentation, and generate reports to improve IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB records and ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Support change management administration and documentation.
• Assist with ITSM processes and day-to-day platform operations.
• Support ServiceNow platform configuration and workflow updates.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot basic platform issues.
• Perform testing and document test results and system changes.
• Assist with workflow monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.
