Sr. IT Analyst - ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog items and workflows using Flow Designer and workflow logic.
• Write and modify JavaScript to support ServiceNow development, configuration, and automation.
• Configure and maintain UI Policies, UI Actions, forms, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow production support requests, system issues, and enhancement needs.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate ServiceNow solutions.
• Support application upgrades, testing, documentation, and ongoing system improvements.
• Assist with Software Asset Management (SAM), Asset Management, and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) functionality as needed.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support system performance and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant information technology experience.
• 3-4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience required.
• Strong experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, JavaScript, UI Policies, UI Actions, business rules, reporting, and production support.
• Experience with SAM, Asset Management, and/or IRM/GRC is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
