Essential Job Duties
- Scripting, deploying, and updating end user devices via remote management tools.
- Provide 3rd tier support for Service Desk.
- Provide technical training for Service Desk.
- Train business teams and promote adoption of technology.
- Provide update, status, and completion information to infrastructure management regarding assigned projects.
- Research, test, and provide guidance on new and upcoming technology trends.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- In-depth knowledge of computers, operating systems, and programs.
- In-depth knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, Powershell, Regex, etc.).
- In-depth technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to “think out of the box”.
- Customer service focused.
- Experience with MacOS.
- Intune configuration, management, and support.
- JAMF configuration, management, and support.
- Bigfix configuration, management, and support.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
- Ability to talk on the phone for long periods of time.
- Ability to be physically present at the designated company office location during normal business hours.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Occasional travel required.
Pay & Benefits
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
