Sr. Service Consultant -- McAllen, TX

About the role

The Sr Field Service Representative/Driver plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with health and mobility challenges. This position involves developing skills alongside experienced professionals while overseeing service center operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned service center and facilitate delivery, pickup, maintenance, cleaning, and quality processing of company assets.
• Assist Territory Service Manager in assigning daily activities and tracking service center metrics.
• Support compliance activities including self-inspections, infection control, and Quality Control/Preventative Maintenance Inspections (QC/PMI).
• Supervise distributed site operations activities.
• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery, load/unload medical equipment, drive 26 foot box truck, process delivery and pick-up documentation, search for misplaced or lost equipment, maintain vehicle appearance, clean and disinfect medical equipment to Arjo quality standards, and present high-level customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MUST HAVE a clean driving record.
• Two (2) years’ experience within service or operations field.
• Two (2) years’ experience in front-line customer-service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, & Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and push/pull up to 135 pounds.
• Ability to comprehend work instructions and safety requirements.
• Ability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
