Sr Scientist/Eng
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Why Work with Us?" (maybe About the role), "What We Offer" (maybe Benefits?), "Summary Of Position" (Responsibilities), "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES" (Responsibilities), "Qualifications" (Qualifications), "Job Requirements" (maybe Requirements?), "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" (maybe not a section we need), "WORK ENVIRONMENT" (maybe Benefits? but it's about environment). There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Benefits: we have "What We Offer" which lists benefits: company values contributions, growth, focus on excellence, environment for ideas, etc. Also "More Than Just Tapes..." about social/environmental responsibility. Also "We Ask for the Best, and Offer the Best in Return" maybe benefits. So we can create a Benefits section with those points.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from "Why Work with Us?" and introductory paragraphs). Responsibilities (from Summary Of Position and ESSENTIAL DUTIES). Requirements (maybe from Job Requirements bullet list? Actually Job Requirements list is qualifications; but we have Qualifications section separate. The posting has "Qualifications" heading then list of requirements. Also "Job Requirements" heading with bullet list. Might combine? But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- About the role: introductory paragraphs about company, mission, why work with us. Could be "Why Work with Us?" plus first paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: Summary Of Position + ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES list.
- Requirements: maybe the physical demands? But that's not typical. Actually "Job Requirements" list includes Bachelor's degree, 10-15 years experience, etc. That seems like requirements. So we can put that under Requirements heading.
- Qualifications: The "Qualifications" heading already lists similar content; but we might treat that as Qualifications (maybe overlapping). However we need to avoid duplication. The posting has both "Qualifications" and "Job Requirements". They are similar; we could combine them into one section (maybe Requirements) and not duplicate. But instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we combine, we still preserve all info, just not duplicate headings. That's okay.
- Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: ability to work independently, collaborate, communication, adapt, time management, analytical, problem solving, decision-making, passion for innovation, curiosity, leading teams, statistics, DOE. Could be a Skills section.
- Benefits: from "What We Offer", "More Than Just Tapes...", "We Ask for the Best, and Offer the Best in Return". Also maybe work environment description.
We must not create Pay or Schedule sections as not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown.
Let's craft sections:

Responsibilities
Summary Of Position The Senior Scientist/Engineer will work with New Product Development (NPD) teams to study the structure and properties of pressure sensitive adhesives and how the manufacturing processes affects product performance with the goal of developing critical information needed in the design, development and scale-up of PSA tapes and related products. This position serves as a source of product/process technology knowledge in multiple areas. The Senior Scientist/Engineer will work with Marketing and Manufacturing to support core business needs such as complaint resolutions, Voice-of-the-Customer activities and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain a high standard of safety performance including conducting all job duties in a safe manner and following the handling, storage and disposal of materials in accordance with environmental regulations
- Work with NPD teams in designing pressure sensitive adhesive, back size/release and barrier formulations and coating methods
- Conduct research into the structure, properties and performance of pressure sensitive adhesives and their interaction with additives, tape constructions and substrates to improve product design
- Manage new product development and research projects including establishing goals, objectives and execution plan, using DOE methods as required; establish specifications for product performance, processing parameters, and raw materials in the creation of new products; and document project results in technical reports
- Support of research work with strong analysis of the patent and research literature
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property as determined by the business and product innovation strategies
- Maintain an awareness of external product and process technology developments, including those of competitors, through external networks (academia, suppliers, customers, research institutes, etc.), literature study, and technical meetings and conferences and incorporate this information into the design and development of new products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science/Engineering, or Materials Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10 - 15 years’ experience
- Strong background in applied polymer science (physical, chemical, material and rheological characterization of polymers; interpretation of GPC, DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM, DMA data/graph)
- Experience with PSA adhesives, polymeric coatings, and UV/E-beam curing technology
- Knowledge of polymer melt processing methods, experience with rubber, polyolefins and acrylic processing, adhesive formulations, and design and compounding of multi-component blend formulations
- Ability to work independently, as well as to collaborate effectively in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to business, technical and operating groups
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and manage multiple projects demonstrating excellent time management skills, prioritization and a sense of urgency in carrying out project objectives
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate options and converge on a solution quickly
- Passion for innovation and a high degree of curiosity
- Experience leading new technology development teams a plus
- Working knowledge of statistics, including Design of Experiments
We could also add Skills section: maybe extract some of the abilities as skills. But we already included many in Requirements. Could create Skills separate: communication, teamwork, analytical, problem solving, decision-making, innovation curiosity, leadership, statistics/DOE. However we risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we already have Requirements covering many. Could we have Qualifications separate for education/experience and Skills for abilities? Let's see: The posting has "Qualifications" heading with list similar to Job Requirements. Actually the "Qualifications" section includes: Bachelor’s degree, 10-15 years experience, strong background..., experience with PSA..., knowledge..., ability to work independently..., excellent verbal..., ability to adapt..., strong analytical..., passion..., experience leading..., working knowledge of statistics. That's essentially same as Job Requirements. So we could treat that as Qualifications and not have separate Requirements. But we need to follow headings list: we can include Qualifications section. Then we might not need Requirements. However we have also "Job Requirements" which is essentially same; we can merge into Qualifications.
Thus we could have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications (includes education, experience, skills)
- Benefits
We could also add Skills if we want to separate out abilities, but that would be thin. Better to have Qualifications cover all.
Thus we will output:

What We Offer A company that truly values your contributions A place where you can grow, make an impact, and be part of something meaningful A focus on excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver top-quality, reliable solutions to our customers An environment where employees are encouraged to bring their best ideas forward and adopt a growth mindset More Than Just Tapes... If you’re looking to be part of a forward-thinking, fast-paced, and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you! Our tapes may do the sticking, but it’s our people who hold it all together.
But that's a lot of prose; we could break into for each paragraph. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep as one paragraph but it's long. Better to split into logical paragraphs: "What We Offer" bullet? Actually it's not bullet list; it's sentences. We'll keep as
for each distinct paragraph.
Let's extract:
Paragraph1: "What We Offer A company that truly values your contributions A place where you can grow, make an impact, and be part of something meaningful A focus on excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver top-quality, reliable solutions to our customers An environment where employees are encouraged to bring their best ideas forward and adopt a growth mindset"

We'll output each as

Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statements, physical demands, work environment? Actually work environment is part of benefits? We could include work environment as part of Benefits too. The posting includes "WORK ENVIRONMENT Our office is designed to bring people together..." That's also a benefit. We could incorporate that into Benefits section as another paragraph.
Thus Benefits section will have paragraphs: What We Offer, More Than Just Tapes..., We Ask for the Best..., Work Environment.
