Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput mass spectrometry-based proteomics workflows and screening platforms to accelerate drug discovery
- Execute automated sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis across a broad range of high-throughput proteomics assays
- Collaborate closely with chemistry, biology, and disease area teams as a technical and scientific subject matter expert, contributing to data-driven decision-making
- Perform data analysis and generate insights into mechanism of action, target engagement, and selectivity using proteomics approaches
- Present research findings at internal and external meetings and effectively communicate plans, results, and analyses to cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of experiments, protocols, and analyses
