SR Scheduler

About the role

This is a hybrid contract role (12-18 months) for experienced Primavera P6 builder schedulers who can independently own and manage detailed construction schedules. These are not primarily office-based reporting roles. Candidates must be comfortable working closely with field teams and understanding how the work is progressing onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 schedules
• Work independently without extensive day-to-day oversight
• Walk the field with project superintendents and validate actual progress
• Review blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans
• Understand vertical commercial construction sequencing
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Perform critical-path, delay, and schedule-performance analysis
• Develop look-ahead schedules, forecasts, progress reports, and recovery plans
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Translate field conditions into accurate P6 schedule updates

Requirements

• Strong commercial construction experience is required
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred
• Candidates with backgrounds in oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure may be considered if they demonstrate meaningful experience with building construction, field coordination, blueprints, and vertical construction sequencing

Pay

Up to $100/hr. Per diem may be offered at an all-inclusive rate.
