Sr SAP Finance Program Manager - Transformation Greenfield
About the role
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead and coordinate finance-focused initiatives as part of a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate finance-focused initiatives as part of a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment between Finance, IT, PMO, and implementation partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams.
- Support organizational change management, communications, and end-user readiness efforts.
- Drive adoption of new processes and system capabilities.
- Rescue project that came into a program last minute.
Requirements
The role requires strong project management experience within enterprise ERP implementations, particularly SAP Finance transformations, and a deep understanding of accounting, financial operations, and business process improvement.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is preferred.

- Strong project management skills, particularly in SAP Finance transformations.
- Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $100.00 - $140.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. Eligibility for benefits varies based on job classification and length of employment. Pay and Benefits
