Sr. SAP FICO Product Manager, Leo Finance Technology

Responsibilities
Key job responsibilities include owning end to end product roadmap for initiatives and programs within the finance domains, supporting SAP and non-SAP solution stack product roadmap, and owning SAP Finance and Controling (FICO) product roadmap. You will drive implementation strategy for finance initiatives, define and prioritize SAP FICO product features and requirements, and drive product discussion vision, goals, tenets, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions.
- Participate and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements using SAP S/4.
- Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training, deployment and hyper care.
- Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP S/4 HANA ERP functionality.
- Design features utilizing SAP S/4 HANA FICO module to meet business requirements, including connection points with SD, PP, MM, PS, and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, and experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. You should also have 6+ years experience working as a SAP Solution lead/ functional lead or product manager with design and solution realization expertise in SAP FICO module.
- Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred qualifications include experience in building and driving adoption of new tools, expertise and in-depth knowledge of Make-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes, and experience with SAP Material Costing and Project systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Vendor and Customer Consignment Processes.
- Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology.
- Experience with Tax integration, third party fintech solution integration, and procurement/ supply chain integrations.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $166,300.00 - $225,000.00 USD annually in New York, $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually in Virginia, and $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually in Washington. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
