About the role

Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will design and execute personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, build customer journeys, manage data integrations, and optimize marketing automation using AMPscript, SQL, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.
• Develop personalized content using AMPscript and SQL.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable marketing solutions.
• Provide technical support and maintain campaign documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, SMS, Push Notifications, and Journey Builder.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, Marketing Automation, and Customer Journeys.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, or ETL integrations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Financial Services Cloud knowledge.
• AWS or Microsoft Azure experience.
