We seek an analytical thinker who has experience developing, executing, and refining growth strategies to lead a newly created ad sales strategy and planning function. Key job responsibilities

  • Build relationships with sales, operations, product, marketing, finance, HR, and leadership to define multi-year operating plans for global division of ad sales, including revenue, product adoption, and headcount targets
  • Own quarterly business reviews, leading finance, sales, and strategy leads in compiling a document for ad sales VPs, guiding deep dives as needed
  • Define metrics, tools, and processes needed to set and achieve product adoption, revenue, and sales productivity goals
  • Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers in leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets
  • Develop best practices for improving sales productivity and cascade across teams in 15 countries

A day in the life

This role will be evenly split between primary research and analysis, authoring strategy documents, and leading internal review meetings requiring a mastery of influencing senior leaders without direct authority.

Basic qualifications

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

Pay

  • USA, IL, Chicago: 133,900.00 - 181,200.00 USD annually
  • USA, NY, New York: 147,300.00 - 199,300.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, SEATTLE: 133,900.00 - 181,200.00 USD annually
