About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Representative in Group Benefits. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the broker community to sell group employee benefit products (life, dental, disability, vision, critical illness) throughout DMV which includes but is not limited to DC, N. VA, and MD. We also have an outstanding service team to partner with you and prioritize your brokers' and client's needs!

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years related sales experience (group life, disability, dental, vision preferred).
- Must have appropriate Life & Health licensing.
- Excellent planning/interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills required.
- Advanced math skills are necessary, related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
- Able to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
- Travel required (up to 50%) including overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Sales Executive: 6+ years related sales experience (group life, disability, dental, vision strongly preferred).

Pay
This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary combined with incentive earnings. The base salary will provide financial stability, while the incentive component offers additional earning potential based on performance metrics. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $45000 - $55000 / year
Schedule
Heavy Incentive compensation in addition to salary listed. Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
Location
This is a remote role that needs to be located within territory (Central to Northern VA, MD, or DC).
