Responsibilities
- Drive new customer engagement by presenting the company’s Data Cloud portfolio
- Provide tailored technical support throughout the sales process from discovery to proof of concept
- Develop technical strategy for public sector opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Aid customers in integrating the company products into their environments and respond to technical queries
- Lead workshops and product demonstrations to showcase the company solutions
- Identify customer needs and tailor proofs of concept that demonstrate the company’s value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay insights and improve product offerings
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of pre-sales experience in a technical sales support role
- Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and data protection technologies
- Working knowledge of cyber resilience concepts like ransomware protection and encryption
- Proven ability to articulate technical benefits to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles alongside sales teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value
- Willingness to travel as required
