This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant based in the United States. This is a strategic sales enablement role focused on improving seller effectiveness, productivity, technology adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with sales leaders and go-to-market stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical enablement solutions. The role combines performance consulting, learning design, content development, change enablement, analytics, and project leadership. You will create programs, playbooks, digital learning resources, and performance tools that help sellers and managers execute more effectively. The position also provides an opportunity to leverage AI, automation, analytics, CRM platforms, and emerging technologies to scale enablement impact. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams in a fast-moving and evolving environment. This remote-first opportunity is designed for an experienced enablement professional who can influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and turn business needs into measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, developing a strong understanding of business priorities, sales objectives, field challenges, and seller performance needs.
- Consult with leaders and sellers to identify capability, process, knowledge, adoption, and execution gaps and determine root causes.
