Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
- Support clients' ITP portfolio by leading a healthcare modernization and platform-consolidation workstream.
- Serve as a central coordination point within the Results Management Office, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring accountability across workstreams.
- Act as liaison between the RMO and workstream leads to facilitate communication, track deliverables, and surface risks or issues for timely resource tracking.
- Maintain and update account reporting dashboards, status reports, and progress trackers to reflect current workstream performance.
- Prepare materials for leadership reviews, including compiling status updates, key metrics, and action items from across workstreams.
- Support governance cadences (e.g., weekly syncs, steering committee prep) by coordinating agendas, capturing decisions, and following up on open items.
- Identify reporting gaps and work with workstream leads to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Show meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
- Build and sustain professional relationships.
- Lead projects or workstreams.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Provide clear guidance to others.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Project Management - onboarding/offboarding of resources, creating job postings, communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- 6+ years of digital product delivery.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
