About the Role
- Conduct extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks, identify trends, and ensure competitive positioning.
- Support design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures, and pay frameworks.
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to support the design of effective and innovative reward programs.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions.
- Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness.
- Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay
Salary: $101,280 – $148,000 based on experience
Bonus: Target bonus opportunity of 10%
