About the OpportunityRevenue Operations at the company sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, systems, and commercial execution. This role will own the commercial process layer — the deal desk, contract operations, partner operations, and the day-to-day process management that allows sales and customer success teams to perform at their best. While the Systems Architect handles the technical stack and the Head of Revenue Operations manages strategy and ELT-level decisions, there is a need for someone to own the layer in between. This individual will translate commercial needs into process, build and maintain that process end to end, and make decisions proactively. As Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, this role will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the commercial organization. Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Desk & Contract OperationsOwn the end-to-end deal process: quote-to-close, contract routing, approval workflows, and signatory management.Manage and maintain contract tooling.Serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives when deals become complex, providing guidance on structure, pricing exceptions, and multi-year terms.Partner with legal and finance on contract templates, renewal workflows, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as it evolves. Partner & Program OperationsOwn the operational side of key partnerships, including sell rules, agreement tracking, and internal coordination.Establish operational processes for new programs.Build and maintain the internal knowledge base to enable sales representatives to self-serve on partner rules. GTM Process & EnablementDesign and run onboarding for new sales representatives on the revenue stack.Own the office hours program and act as the day-to-day RevOps point of contact for the commercial team.Partner with marketing operations on lead routing, event lead follow-up, and campaign execution.Identify friction in the sales process and drive the necessary fixes, going beyond mere analysis. RevOps Initiative ExecutionTake ownership of defined RevOps initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery and documented outcomes.Manage vendor relationships within the domain, including renewals, QBRs, and contract negotiations.Support the migration from legacy tools to the new commercial stack, with a primary target system being an internally built and supported CRM. Required Qualifications5–8 years in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a closely adjacent role at a B2B SaaS company.Hands-on deal desk experience, including structuring complex deals, managing approval workflows, and working directly with sales representatives and legal teams.Strong process ownership mindset; ability to build, maintain, and enforce processes.Experience with contract tooling at an operational level.Fluency in Salesforce as a user and process manager.Track record of independently managing workstreams with minimal supervision. Preferred QualificationsExperience at a company undergoing a GTM transformation or tech stack consolidation.Familiarity with sales engagement/intelligence tools.Experience managing or onboarding sales representatives to a revenue tech stack.Background in partnership operations or program management.
