About the role
Revenue Operations at Crisp sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, systems, and commercial execution. You’ll own the commercial process layer— the deal desk, contract operations, partner operations, and the day-to-day process management that lets our AEs and CS team do their best work.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deal process: quote-to-close, contract routing, approval workflows, and signatory management.
- Manage and maintain our contract tooling (currently PandaDoc; DocuSign consolidation in flight).
- Be the first call for AEs when a deal gets complicated—structure, pricing exceptions, multi-year terms.
- Partner with legal and finance on contract templates, renewal workflows, and CLM as it evolves. Partner & Program Operations
- Own the operational side of key partnerships (e.g., UNFI), including sell rules, agreement tracking, and internal coordination.
- Stand up operational processes for new programs (e.g., US Foods DataShare program currently launching).
- Build and maintain the internal knowledge base so AEs can self-serve on partner rules.
- GTM Process & Enablement
- Design and run onboarding for new AEs on our revenue stack (SF, Apollo, Gong, PandaDoc).
- Own the office hours program and act as the day-to-day RevOps point of contact for the commercial team.
- Partner with marketing ops on lead routing, event lead follow-up, and campaign execution.
- Identify friction in the sales process and drive the fixes, not just the analysis.
- RevOps Initiative Execution
- Take ownership of defined RevOps initiatives from kickoff to completion—on time, with documented outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships in your domain: renewals, QBRs, contract negotiations.
- Support the migration from legacy tools (HubSpot, Chili Piper) to our new commercial stack. The primary target system is Crisp Compass, our internally built and supported CRM.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a closely adjacent role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on deal desk experience: you’ve structured complex deals, managed approval workflows, and worked directly with AEs and legal.
- Strong process ownership mindset— you don’t just document a process, you build it, maintain it, and hold people to it.
- Experience with contract tooling (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar) at an operational level.
- Fluency in Salesforce as a user and process manager (not a developer).
- Track record of running your own workstreams with minimal hand-holding.
Preferred
- Experience at a company going through a GTM transformation or tech stack consolidation.
- Familiarity with Apollo, Gong, or similar sales engagement/intelligence tools.
- Experience managing or onboarding AEs to a revenue tech stack.
What Makes a Great Fit at Crisp
- Collaboration: You believe the best results come from working together. You share ideas, pitch in, and elevate those around you.
- Grit: You’re curious, self-driven, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves. You get the job done even when the path isn’t clear and adapt quickly when things change.
- People: You stay close to those we serve. Listening, learning, and building what matters most.
- Feedback: You see it as fuel. You give it with care, take it with humility, and use it to level up.
- Ingenuity: You solve problems with creativity and speed. You look for ways to streamline, automate, or improve without being asked.
