Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings to identify business pain points and articulate action items
- Collaborate with business process experts to document requirements and design workflows
- Perform gap analysis to recommend enhancements and process automation
- Lead system-related projects, ensuring efficient implementation of Sales Enablement technology
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance user experience while optimizing costs and timelines
- Create documentation for functional, technical, and system design and assist in testing Salesforce improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration and reporting/dashboarding
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
