Sr Reporting Analyst-Oncology

Responsibilities

  • Research and understand all Oncology Service Line workflows to facilitate effective report writing, scorecard and dashboard development.
  • Support and provision of departmental wide data systems, ensuring data integrity, conducting data audits, and performing data analysis.
  • Lead in supporting technical development of other analysts.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for departmental workflows, translating processes into accurate and sustainable reporting/analysis tools.
  • Continuously monitor dashboard performances and make updates or changes as required.
  • Interact and work closely with business intelligence, data architecture, and leadership teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to other analysts to ensure analytics and reporting are executed within expected timeframes and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely-related field.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible data analytics and/or statistics experience.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Oncology Hospital Operations (Infusion, Radiation, Surgery), Physician Practice Operations, or a similar healthcare setting involving reporting / analytics.
  • PREFERRED: Additional software experience includes Crystal, Epic, and Tableau reporting.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with Epic reporting workbench, slicer dicer, clarity, and kaboodle report writing.
