Responsibilities
- Lead renewal strategy for Enterprise and Strategic customers to ensure predictable retention
- Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, aligning commercial strategies to their business goals
- Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve renewal objectives
- Create commercial account plans supporting renewal success and future growth
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and CRM records, providing leadership with actionable insights
- Leverage customer insights and metrics to improve portfolio performance
- Contribute to scalable processes and best practices to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles in B2B SaaS, specifically managing Enterprise and Strategic customers
- Proven success with complex commercial renewals, achieving retention and revenue goals
- Strong experience in negotiating SaaS agreements and contract terms
- Analytical mindset leveraging customer insights and usage data to inform strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
