Sr. Relationship Manager

Manage a broader and more complex member portfolio independently. Deliver lending production, deepen relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor across multiple member life stages. Build, manage, and deepen relationships with members through high-touch, personalized service and consultative lending expertise. Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned members, support them across key financial moments while driving lending production, engagement, and retention.Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn the full lending lifecycle, including pipeline management, origination, and closing in alignment with Alliant policiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned members, delivering high-touch, concierge-level serviceAct as a retention resource by identifying and addressing at-risk members with effective solutionsResolve complex member issues by coordinating across internal partners to ensure timely, seamless outcomesServe as the first point of contact for assigned employment partnership groups, ensuring a seamless onboarding and integration experienceProvide white-glove service to newly onboarded members, guiding adoption through personalized outreach, education, and proactive outreach engagementAct as a liaison between members and internal teams, removing friction and ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding journeyDeliver curated product and lending solutions aligned to member needs, accelerating early relationship value and long-term engagementMaintain accurate documentation of member interactions and follow-ups within required systemsContribute to team effectiveness by sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvementConsistently deliver a “WOW” member experience by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building lasting trust in every interactionEducation & Years of ExperienceMinimum: High School or EquivalentMinimum: 2 — Relationship-focused, sales, lending, or financial services role. Delivering personalized, high-touch service and building long-term relationships or relatedPreferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree — Business, Finance, Communications, or relatedPreferred: 2 — Consumer lending, pipeline management, or consultative salesLicense/Certifications/TrainingRequired: Illinois P&C License within 60 days of hireRequired: NMLS registration within 30 days Compensation & Benefits:Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $41,900.00 to $59,400.00‎ Annually with incentive plan.
