Sr. Quality Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out product testing and inspections to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and other teams to resolve quality issues and maintain standards.
- Manage nonconforming materials, NCRs, corrective actions, and calibration programs.
- Perform receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections while maintaining accurate quality records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, quality policies, and audit standards.
- Provide guidance on inspection methods, GD&T interpretation, measurement techniques, and quality best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes, and enhance product quality.
- Make accept/reject decisions on materials and products based on inspection results and specifications.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience with complex test and measurement equipment. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, head of departments, and/or senior management.

Proficiency in using test and measurement equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $46.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
