Sr Quality Systems Specialist

About the Opportunity:The Sr Quality Systems Specialist role focuses on independently supporting quality management across the organization by leading quality system implementation and improvement efforts. This position ensures compliance with standards and regulations, drives process improvements, and provides coaching and metrics to support decision-making, contributing to maintaining and enhancing the company’s product and service quality. 3. Responsibilities:• Lead introduction and maturation of quality management systems and their certifications• Develop solutions to complex quality issues using established policies• Provide education and coaching on quality services and management principles• Develop metrics to measure process health and capability• Perform audits to ensure conformance with standards and regulations• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements• Conduct investigations into non-conformances and monitor corrective actions• Maintain quality directives, policies, procedures, and metrics• Promote adoption of new or updated processes 4. Requirements:• 6+ years of experience implementing or maintaining quality management systems• 3+ years experience with process improvement and problem-solving methodologies• Experience applying metrics to measure performance Preferred:• ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification• Experience with RTCA DO-200B/ED-76A and AC 20-153B• Certified Quality Auditor or related professional certifications• Six Sigma Green Belt 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Summary Pay Range: $100,000 to $125,000, based on experience and qualifications 6.
