About the role

- Lead and coach a team of quality technicians, building a culture of ownership, engagement, and collaborative problem solving.
- Strengthen inbound supply chain quality through structured audits and clear supplier feedback, working toward Certificates of Conformance with trusted vendors.
- Champion a zero defect standard for outbound quality so every product that leaves our facility meets the mark.
- Extend quality support into our warehouse operation, including picking, packing, and labeling accuracy.
- Partner with peer managers across the site to solve problems together and keep priorities moving.
- Apply TPS principles to strengthen fabrication and manufacturing processes while staying visible and engaged on the floor.
