Sr Quality Inspector

Leads inspection of company-produced aircraft products and associated documentation, completes first article inspection reports, performs receiving inspection, records data, prepares formal reports, completes FAA and customer-required certification documents.

Responsibilities
- Inspects company-produced products and associated documentation.
- Completes first article inspection reports.
- Performs receiving inspection.
- Records data and prepares formal reports.
- Approves final inspections.
- Assists with internal quality system audits.
- Completes FAA and customer-required certification documents.
- Verifies and records daily Quality paperwork.
- Prepares tools and requisitions for forwarding to the calibration labs on a monthly cycle.
- Performs laboratory procedures as required.
- Prepares inspection plans and instructions.
- Selects sampling plan applications.
- Analyzes and resolves customer related corrective actions.
- Analyzes quality costs and other quality data.
