About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including but not limited to:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the sales team's performance and providing feedback and coaching.
- Identifying potential customers and developing sales proposals.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
