Seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 20-25 properties.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle property accounting using cash and accrual methods
- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong budgeting and forecasting
- Bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Manage accounting for a high-volume property portfolio
Requirements
- Property management accounting experience required
- Strong cash and accrual accounting experience
- Proven budgeting experience
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio
- Strong Excel and accounting skills
Schedule
- 5 days onsite during training
- Then 2 days onsite per week in Midtown Manhattan
Pay
Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; and other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
