Sr Project Planning & Control Analyst
About the role
You will play a crucial role in the ESS Portfolio. You will be accountable for analyzing and managing project planning and control activities to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise in project management, data thoughtfulness, and attention to detail will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell ESS.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage project planning and control activities for Honeywell ESS
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive project success
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and coordination
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and controls with focus on cost and forecast management
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of project management methodologies and field experience executing projects
- Proficiency in data thoughtfulness and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or a related field
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Prerequisite: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Primavera P6 scheduling software / Hexagon Ecosys Portfolio Management Software experience

Pay
The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
