Sr. Project Operations Analyst

We help people upgrade their homes to solar energy without big upfront costs, bringing stably priced resilient power to the masses. This position reports to our New York, NY office and may work from home up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance project pipeline reporting, providing a clear picture of current status and forecasting potential future issues.
- Identify actionable intelligence such as bottlenecks or negative trends and communicate these in an easily accessible method to users across the organization.
- Conduct analysis to support corporate goals and objectives through targeted action in the Project Management organization.
- Explore and analyze areas for improvement to support broader pipeline management initiatives.
- Work closely with IT and other BI Analysts to implement new data analysis processes, models, and tools to better inform key business decision-makers.
- Build an in-depth understanding of Sunrun data sources and associated business processes to provide Subject Matter Expertise and advice to leaders.
- Collaborate with other teams including Process Improvement, QA, and upstream business units to ensure data insights generated within Customer Operations are shared across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst and/or Data Analyst.
- Proficiency with BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python, R, and Advanced Excel.
Pay
$115,835 per year. Compensation is based on local wage requirements and does not consider a candidate's salary history.
