About the Role

Join a thriving, well‑respected structural steel erection company that’s building some of the most exciting commercial and warehouse projects in the Nashville metro area. As a Structural Steel Erection Sr. Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping projects from the earliest stages, delivering strong field leadership that sets the tone for successful builds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead weekly project meetings and provide status updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage RFQs, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with quality standards, contract specifications, and project timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• 3+ years of structural steel erection project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and project management tools.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and project sites (must have a valid driver’s license).

Qualifications

• Certified PMP preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay

Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $145,000.
