About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Information Specialist to drive critical automotive product compliance, technology communications, and digital content reviews across multiple agencies and client teams.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage the in-vehicle screen request workflow and reviews to ensure technology representations, feature availability, and digital experiences are accurate and compliant.
  • Develop working knowledge of vehicle technologies, digital ecosystems, and connected experiences including in-vehicle software, driver assist technologies, in-vehicle displays, vehicle apps, and related software features.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and agency partners to ensure accurate representation of assigned technology features and functionality across communications and marketing assets.
  • Review creative materials, digital experiences, claims, product messaging, imagery, and disclaimers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with product functionality.
  • Support the organization, ingestion, tracking, and maintenance of technology-related assets, metadata, and documentation for cross-functional team use.
  • Aid in gathering, organizing, and communicating product information, technology updates, and feature changes to internal and external teams.
  • Participate in technology demonstrations to help creative and production teams identify efficient and effective ways to communicate complex product and technology features to consumers.
  • Support AI efforts designed to align cross-functional teams and agency partners on product information, claims substantiation, and messaging consistency, helping ensure accurate and cohesive communications across all channels.
  • Maintain project queues, prioritize requests, and manage intake processes for the Technology team within internal workflow systems.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workflows across creative, compliance, product information, and technology teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Track project status, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Support quality control efforts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all deliverables and associated documentation.
  • Provide reporting and operational visibility regarding project status, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, workflow optimization, and system enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with agency teams, clients, engineers, designers, product specialists, and compliance partners.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring information appropriately to audience and business needs.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and a solutions-oriented culture across teams.
  • Support onboarding, training, and adoption of internal tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on continuous learning, adaptability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive product compliance, project management, agency operations, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of project management disciplines, workflow processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Interest and/or experience in automotive technology, connected vehicle systems, software-enabled products, or digital customer experiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage client communications professionally and effectively; prior client relationship management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Ziflow and willingness to learn new systems and workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with digital content production, asset management, metadata organization, or creative workflows preferred.
  • Automotive, technology, agency, engineering, or compliance experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of social, digital, and emerging media platforms is a plus.
