Sr. Project Manager – Land Development

About the role

The Sr. Project Manager – Land Development at Verdantas is responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of land development projects to exceed clients' expectations. This role involves coordinating with clients, team members, and external stakeholders, developing and fostering authentic relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget, exceeding clients' expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
• Excellent client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$139,000 To $182,000 Annually
