Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
- Develop a schedule for all phases of the build.
- Aid in obtaining permits, adhering to deadlines, and adjusting the proposed schedule as needed.
- Create and implement project-specific processes and procedures.
- Lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities.
- Manage project costs through ongoing evaluations of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Interact with various company departments to address issues.
- Act as the liaison between clients, the company, subcontractors, and government officials.
- Ensure compliance with all safety measures, procedures, and requirements.
- Ensure substantial completion as per specifications.
- Assist in submitting record drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties for a smooth closeout process.

What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in the electrical industry or a combination of experience and coursework.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
