(Sr) Project Manager - Hematology/Oncology Team - Remote based in the US

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between the sponsor and project team
• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways for communication
• Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads
• Oversee overall project delivery including time, cost, and quality
• Manage the project budget and resources effectively
• Establish and communicate customer expectations for project outcomes
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution at the project level

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing global Oncology/Hematology trials
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional project management principles
• In-depth understanding of clinical development guidelines and directives
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
