Key job responsibilities
- Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
- Possess strong collaboration and resource management skills
- Own program communication and accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), and escalating as needed
- Influence design and development of strategic processes
- Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Develop, implement, and govern the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub-task
- Provide accountability while reporting on status, asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary
- Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live

Qualifications
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
