Sr Project Manager - Engineer

You will be part of the Technical Services and Support department, managing a portfolio of capital projects ranging from $500k to $20M.

You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling between 5 and 15 projects at a time.

This position involves defining and refining the scope and schedule of a project, collaborating with the project team and consulting engineering firm, issuing for construction bids, purchasing equipment and materials, and overseeing the project's construction.

You will also be required to control scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring safety is of the utmost priority.

You will maintain the monthly forecast of project expenditures and final Estimate at Completion, conduct start-up audits, validate performance guarantees on installed equipment, and document when the project has been completed.

You will be required to travel to our manufacturing sites across North America, with an estimated 30-50% travel.

Key Ingredients

• At least 7+ years of experience in capital project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field, or equivalent years of experience
• Strong ability to manage deadlines, schedules, spend, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams

Pay And Benefits

We offer a total rewards package including:

• $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range)
• 15% target short-term incentive
• $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP
