Sr. Project Manager (Data & AI)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager (Data & AI) to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead complex IT and data platform initiatives with a strong focus on Data & AI delivery, project governance, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to define scope, build business cases, and drive projects from planning through execution. This position will help ensure disciplined delivery across schedules, budgets, risks, and priorities while supporting business outcomes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to execute project plans
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and data platform projects
• Manage integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify win-win solutions while balancing priorities and resources
• Ensure adherence to project governance, raising risks as needed
• Apply Agile methodologies to coordinate project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects with a focus on data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or GCP
• Experience leading projects with a product management focus
• Experience preparing and obtaining approval for project business cases
• Strong understanding of project governance and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply sound judgment in fast-paced environments

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
