Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end project execution across multiple complex, fast-paced initiatives
- Drive large scale enterprise programs, including system migrations and business transformations
- Serve as primary point of contact for project goals, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clarity across multiple workstreams
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalability initiatives
- Surface key metrics and insights to support decision making and executive reporting
- Adapt project management best practices to evolving project needs and organizational priorities
- Migrating new client data across enterprise environment – cross-functional team focused
- Transitioning platforms and systems migrations
- Supporting outsourced partner relationships
- Lead cross functional teams across product, technology, and business units
- Promote alignment, accountability, and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and partner PMs as needed
- Foster a results driven, resilient, and adaptable team environment
- Lead teams through periods of change, including system transitions and modernization efforts
- Maintain strong communication across executive stakeholders, business sponsors, and technical leaders
- Provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and dependencies
- Navigate complex and politically sensitive environments with professionalism and neutrality
- Lead large cross functional meetings and drive productive discussions and decision making
- Ensure alignment across stakeholder groups with competing priorities
- Drive organizational readiness for system implementations and business transformations
- Support adoption of new processes, technologies, and platforms
- Manage resistance and ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to modern solutions
- Promote forward thinking and transformation focused mindset across teams
- Support ROI driven initiatives tied to business outcomes and operational improvements
Core Requirements
- Senior level Project Manager with strong executive presence
- Experience operating within enterprise PMO environments supporting large scale initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading:
- IT systems migrations
- Data migration initiatives
- Large, cross functional transformation programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6 or more years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
- Industry Experience: Financial services required but preference is Retirement, wealth, or recordkeeping platforms
- Strong experience with enterprise scale programs and complex stakeholder environments
- Exposure to AI initiatives or openness to learning
- Focus on enterprise wide initiatives, transformation programs, and strategic growth efforts
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high complexity projects simultaneously
